The Valley Office reserves the right to decline work that falls outside the services offered, exceeds available capacity, or is considered inappropriate or unlawful.

Pricing, Payment and Time Credits

Services are provided on a prepaid basis.

Before work begins, clients will be asked to purchase a block of hours at the current rates displayed on the website.

Payment must be received before any work is undertaken unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchased hours may be used for any agreed services provided by The Valley Office and are deducted according to the time spent completing the work.

Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.

Unused hours remain valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Any hours remaining after six months will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund requests for unused hours will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of The Valley Office. Any agreed refund must be confirmed in writing and will be calculated based on any work already completed and time already used.
